Ingredients
  • 3-4medium potatoesYukon Gold or Agria varieties are especially good here
  • sprinkle Herb saltOr just use salt and your favorite herbs: basil, parsley, etc.
Instructions
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 190 C/375 F. Slice potatoes in half and then into even, 5 mm slices.
  2. Toss potatoes with herb salt then place in air fryer tray. Air Fry for 10 minutes, then remove the potatoes and flip them over. Air Fry for an additional 7 minutes and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

To make in oven: Preheat oven to 425 F, using convection if you have it. Place potato slices on baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat and sprinkle with herb salt or desired seasonings. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and flip. Return to the oven until nicely browned, about 5-12 minutes. Depending on how evenly sized your potatoes are and how evenly your oven cooks, you may want to begin removing the potatoes that are done and give others a little more time.
