Perfect Guacamole – 2 Ways!

  1. Mash with potato masher two avocados with tabasco, lime juice, cumin, sea salt and garlic.
  2. Give it a good stir to make sure seasonings are well incorporated, then fold in remaining avocado, onion and cilantro and diced tomato if using. If possible, refrigerate for at least 30 min before serving.

Emergency Guac:

When I’m in a hurry I’ll mash two avocados with the juice of half a lime, 1/2 tsp garlic salt and a few shakes of green tabasco.  Pretty tasty and fast!
