Instructions
  1. Soak cashews and dates in water while you chop broccoli, apples or grapes, walnuts and onion.
  2. Puree cashews and dates with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed to thin.
  3. Combine all ingredients and serve.

If making salad in advance, chop apples and add walnuts just before serving.
