First, if you are not already a Prime member, you can sign up for a 30 day free trial here. Just give yourself a calendar reminder to cancel it. Although even though we are ultra frugal, I have to save that our prime membership is worth every penny.

Next, Amazon Prime Day could also be called Instant Pot Deal of the Year day. Right now they are less than HALF of their regular price. I use mine so much I am tempted to get a second one! It makes our breakfasts super smooth as we use the delay timer to have steel cut oats ready first thing in the morning. It makes cooking all of the healthy, inexpensive grains and beans fast and easy–like 1 minute to put everything in, start the Instant Pot and then walk away! Truly amazing. Brown rice, quinoa, pasta, beans, lentils, potatoes and more have all gotten significantly faster and easier since I got mine. If you already have one, some of the accessories are on sale too.

Vitamix 5200

This is the lowest price I’ve ever seen on a Vitamix. This is a low-profile model that fits under the counter tops, which is one of the main reasons I went with Blendtec over Vitamix. Vitamix is the America’s Test Kitchen recommended blender and this deal is so good I am tempted to buy one to add to my blender family! I often use the blender for 2-3 meals a day–it is such a great way to turn healthy whole foods like dates and nuts into amazing treats like chocolate cream pie.
