Briana’s Poppyseed Dressing – Whole Foods Plant Based

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 TBSP white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 TBSP maple syrup or add more to taste
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 TBSP poppy seeds

Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for 30 minutes Drain and rinse cashews and blend in high powered blender with all remaining ingredients but poppy seeds. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed, stir in poppy seeds.
